As your Neighborhood Specialist I would like for you to feel comfortable using this website specifically for you. From time to time I will be adding valuable information as well as photos from the community. My hope is that you will gain confidence in me as your neighborhood specialist and will enjoy informing me of neighborhood happenings as well as participating in neighborhood events. My goal is to keep Westwood Village a great place to live.
Westwood Village/Tysons Village consists of 2 level condos offering 4 different floor plans and 4 level Townhomes with 3 different floor plans.
The Arden has a master bedroom and full bath on the main level along with a LR/DR and large EIK.The lower level offers a second Br with a full bath as well as a library/family room/den.
The Ritz offers a 2 or 3 BR model with 2.5 baths. It has a large EIK with a family room off to the side, as well as a large LR/DR combo on the main level. It has the option to have 3 bedrooms or 2 master BR's upstairs.
The Tiffany offers 2BR and 2 baths or 2.5baths. It has a very nice kitchen with a breakfast area and LR/DR combination. The uppper level offers a large Master w/it's own bath and a second bedroom with a hall bath. The laundry room is also on this level as well.
The Victorian offers a large EIK and a large LR/DR combination on the main level. The lower level offers two large BR's, 2 baths and a Rec. Room or a possible 3rd BR.
All four models have a deck and their own private entrance once you bypass the secured door to the building. These condos are 4 units per building.
The Ashgrove and Farifax models are very similar in layout with the difference being square footage. Both models offer rear entry garages and lower level libraries. The main level offers a large EIK, a LR/DR combo and a powder room. The first upper level offers 2 large BR's and two baths and the second upper level offers a third BR or loft area with the option of a full bath.
The Cameron model offers front loading garages with a lower level Rec. Room. The next level offers a large formal LR and the next level offers a large formal DR, a powder room, a large EIK with a family room off the kitchen area. The top level offers 3 BR's and 2 full baths.
